We are still open
We are continuing to follow official guidance from the Government and health authorities. The wellbeing of Staff, Customers and suppliers is of the greatest importance to us and we will continue to ensure our policies and procedures reflect the best available information from those authorities.
Keeping our opticians clean and safe
We remain committed to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness and have strengthened our procedures in this area to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
We have taken the following steps:
- Temperature checks when entering our stores
- Sanitizing tables and waiting areas more frequently throughout the day
- Cleaning contact points such as door handles, equipment, card readers, taps, glasses, mirrors, counter tops and hand rails even more regularly with disinfectant.
- Reminding all employees of the importance of thorough and frequent hand sanitizing and washing.
- Maintain a safe distance whilst working maintaining 2 meter distancing.
